Our courses are designed to be concise and impactful, with no masterclasses exceeding 40 hours of instruction or costing more than $2,000. Yes, all applicable taxes are calculated and applied at checkout. A 13% sales tax is charged in compliance with the tax laws of the Province of Ontario.

Glam Up Canada is an online business operating across Canada, with our head office based in Mississauga, Ontario.

Collectively, over 3,000 students across Canada and the USA have enrolled in our classes and trusted Glam Up Canada for their beauty education.

As we are not a university, college, trade school, or designated educational institution, T2202 Tuition and Enrollment Certificates are not issued, and therefore, our courses are not eligible for tuition tax deductions.

Yes, all students receive an instant email receipt upon enrolling in any of our classes for their records and confirmation.

Access Policy Update Students receive 1 year of access to all class content from the date of enrollment. After this period, continued access requires the purchase of a Content Access Pass for $99.99, which extends access for an additional 12 months. Please note that access is now limited to approved members only. If your access has expired, you will need to purchase a new access pass to regain entry. Be sure to reference your original order number if you're unsure of your enrollment date. All newly activated accounts will include a clearly stated expiration date. We do not offer lifetime memberships or unlimited access.

Login & Certificate Processing Times Please allow 24–48 hours to receive your course login credentials after enrollment. Certificates are issued within 5–10 business days upon successful completion of all required classes, assignments, and evaluations. Processing times may vary depending on volume, and we kindly ask for your patience as our team works diligently to review submissions and issue credentials in a timely manner.

No Deadlines – Learn at Your Own Pace All of our classes are completely self-paced, meaning there is no set time frame for completion. You can learn on your own schedule, at your own pace. Please note: Access to the course content is valid for 1 year from the date of enrollment. After this period, a renewal fee will apply for continued access.

Yes, absolutely! We guide you through every step of the process, test your knowledge, and provide comprehensive manuals, references, assignments, and personalized feedback—ensuring you feel confident to service clients when you’re ready. Please note, we issue Certificates of Completion for all our beauty classes.

Absolutely not. Our classes are designed to help you expand your knowledge or brush up on your skills—but all students must sign a Confidentiality Agreement confirming they will not duplicate, copy, or share our course materials in any form. Any unauthorized replication of our classes, manuals, videos, or content will result in legal action. Please note: To be a credible and legitimate educator, you must hold a Certificate of Adult Teaching/Education or an Educator’s Certificate from a registered university, college, or academy. Without these credentials, any teaching certificates issued by individuals or businesses are not valid. We do offer a Beauty Educator Certification taught directly by the owner of Glam Up Canada, who is fully credentialed to grant this certification. Please contact us for more information.

All students enrolling in our classes are required to complete a Confidentiality and Consent Form to ensure a clear understanding of our guidelines, course requirements, and business policies.

There is currently no governing body or association that accredits individuals or businesses in the Canadian beauty industry. The industry remains largely unregulated, with the exception of the provinces of Nova Scotia and New Brunswick.

Our Educator brings over 22 years of experience in the beauty industry, along with more than 6 years of clinical teaching expertise. She holds a Certificate in Clinical Education from a registered post-secondary institution and is a two-time graduate of an Ontario College of Applied Arts and Technology, earning diplomas in Nursing/Hospital Unit Management and Health Records Management. Additionally, she currently works within one of the leading hospital systems in the Greater Toronto Area.

Absolutely NOT — Zero Tolerance Policy Using images or submitting work that is not your own is strictly prohibited. This constitutes a serious breach of integrity and violates the core values of honesty and originality that we uphold at Glam Up Canada. Academic dishonesty undermines the learning experience and damages the reputation of both the student and our business. Any student found engaging in such behavior will have their student account terminated immediately, losing access to current and future courses. Additionally, no further assignments from that student will be accepted for certification, and no refunds will be issued. Maintaining trust and credibility is essential — academic dishonesty puts both at risk and will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
